Ken Wilson is the senior pastor of Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor. Ken is married to Nancy and the father of five. He is the co-author with Rich Nathan of Empowered Evangelicals (Ampelon). Rick is the Senior Pastor and founder of Vineyard Church of the Rockies. He loves seeing people come alive in Christ, grow, and change. Rick is originally from Los Angeles, California, and moved to Colorado to start the church in 1982. He has been a pastor for 29 years. Rick was a High School teacher/coach/principal before he became a pastor.

Steve Nicholson began his ministry as a college student through InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in the 70's. After graduating, he and several other young leaders founded a church in the Chicago area with a high priority on contemporary worship. In 1981, Steve planted a church in Chicago's inner city area of Humbolt Park, and in 1985, both churches joined the family of the Vineyard USA.

Rich Nathan is Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Church of Columbus, Columbus, Ohio. Prior to pastoring full time, Rich taught business law at The Ohio State University for five years.
