Director of Development

Vineyard Community Church, Cincinnati, OH

This position is responsible for developing, directing and implementing a comprehensive development program to fund the Vineyard Community Church’s (VCC) Healing Center, primarily through gifts from outside of VCC. The Healing Center offers practical, relational, and spiritual support to people and families who are experiencing difficult times. We offer our guests receive Hope, Encouragement, and Resources. We offer food and clothing, auto clinic, educational and support groups, referrals to community services, and people who care and will listen.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly-related experience with a demonstrated success in raising the level of donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations through building strong relationships.
