Senior Pastor

The Mid-Peninsula Vineyard is seeking a Sr. Pastor with significant (5+ years) senior leadership experience to join with our elders, ministry leaders and board in leading our church of 150+ into our next season. We are located in San Carlos, CA, midway between San Francisco and San Jose.

Our ideal candidate will lead out of their vibrant, personal relationship with the Lord; understand the role of a shepherd-leader; be a proven team player; be committed to equipping the flock; function as a visionary leader; value discipleship, diversity and issues of justice; preach and teach out a solid Evangelical theology compatible with Vineyard doctrine; sense a resonance with our church’s Core Values; value integrity, accountability and proper life balance; have experience with conflict resolution and leadership development; encourage the gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit; and be able to lead a diverse congregation.
