We are a 10 year old church in London, Ohio of 300+ that has become (by God’s design) a rural church with a partial inner city focus.  Current Youth Director is feeling the call to branch out into other ministries within our church.  New Youth Director will work approximately 8 to 12 hours per week (paid salary) and oversee ministries and activities for youth ages 6^th grade through 12^th grade.  Looking for someone who is prayerful, enjoys worship and community, and has a vision for engaging teens in meaningful relationships with each other and the Lord.

The Albert Lea Vineyard Church is “a community of faith, hope, and love” in the south central Minnesota border region.  We are five miles from the northern border of Iowa in a town of 18,000+.  We are looking for the person God has in mind to help facilitate worship for our Sunday morning service. 

We are an established church with Sunday attendance around 150.  We are praying for someone who loves Jesus with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength.  We are looking for someone who loves and serves others by living a lifestyle of worship that draws others to engage the heart of God. 

This individual would be responsible for the development and discipleship of our music team.  They would also play a key role in the coordination of the sound and projection teams.  This position will start out part-time, but for the right candidate, it could become full-time depending on the individuals heart, personality, and skill set.  Other areas of involvement toward becoming full-time would be working with our youth and even in the area of facility maintenance.

We are a small church plant (since Sept. 2011) in the beautiful town of Silverton, Oregon. Our churches demographic is mostly young families and our average attendance 50, but with good signs of growth. We are looking for a volunteer worship intern and leader with the ability to lead musically and vocally, a longing to connect in authentic ways both relationally and musically, and more than anything has a desire to live a life of true worship.

We are an extremely diverse congregation in an urban area straddling Chicago and it’s close northern suburbs. About 1500 people are involved in the church of whom about 200 are children 5th grade and younger. The people of the congregation as of 2011 come from 45 different nations of the world.

We are looking for someone who can take an adequate children’s ministry to a dynamic and growing children’s ministry.

The job involves the handling of many details, non-stop volunteer recruiting, and much interaction with volunteers, teachers, and parents. Accordingly we are looking for the following characteristics in our children’s pastor:

1. Ability to manage multiple concerns, details, projects and planning.

2. Ability to communicate effectively in person, in print and electronically. Must be comfortable with all forms of communication.

3. Ability to formulate motivating vision and communicate it to parents, teachers, workers and the church at large.

4. Ability to recruit, motivate and train those who work with our children.

5. Ability to lead our teams into creative and exciting ways to engage children with the joy of following Jesus.

6. Must demonstrate a good biblical knowledge and theological awareness at minimum, theological training would be an asset.

7. Awareness of child development and educational needs much preferred.
